Great post. We use TwitterFeed and several Twitter Tools to feed our account and build our following. But a tool most brokers and agents don't know about is called TweetLister. TweetLister (http://TweetLister.com) is a free service that allows real estate brokers and owners to easily create, post and manage all of their property listings on Twitter. You can schedule listings to post at a later date, you can track and collect your leads. It's all free.

You could say that TweetLister is pretty much Twitter for Real Estate Listings.

Turning your blog into a multi user blog is also an idea. You can only be an expert in one field, but there are so many other important fields in real estate such as Home Inspection, Appraisal, Title & Escrow and Lending. Have experts in the those fields participate often on your blog. This helps with content and most of all you are educating the consumers in all fields in your local real estate market.

Wow, that's a great idea! Rennovations would be so much easier without having to wreck the walls to install wiring.

Plus, I can already see a use for it now in my house - wall-mounted flat panel TVs look terrible with all those wires hanging down, and I can use flat wire to hook up my A/V wiring and home theater speakers and finally ditch those ugly cables I tried to run down the wall and tuck under my baseboard.

Awesome!
